"Right on" a "pristine, private" Singer Island beach, this "friendly" coral-pink resort comes with retro touches like a tiki bar and pastel-heavy West Indian decor; the suites are "nicely appointed", with full-size kitchens and large bathrooms, but several surveyors protest the "nickel and diming" for parking, beach chairs and safe rentals and warn: "avoid the time-share presentation."

Beautiful.

It was a wonderful stay and we had a great time! Special thanks to our bar waitress who was great and worked and kept our drinks filled. She made the trip even more fun.

Suite style rooms.
Limited chairs at pool area.

Nice hotel, but not enough chairs at poolside. Unless you claim a chair early and stay all day, it is hard to get a lounge chair to relax in for a few hours.

Old, cheap looking rooms. Noisy

Typical old Florida resort that can't make up it's mind what it wants to be. Guests were a mix of families with young kids and retirees. Steel drum music by the pool competing the Karaoke, paper roses next door in the dining room. ...read more

Attractive beach front, pool area. Clean rooms.
Institutional, tired, under trained staff, valets.

This hotel feels like a tired has-been. The hospital green on the lobby walls and the massive floor tiles made it feel like an institution, not an oceanside getaway. Upon arrival, the indifferent valet who watched me pull up, thought I was delivering a pizza as I reached into my backseat to grab my red suitcase. He made no effort to help or greet me. Inside, the clerk was short with me, impatient to tuck me away in my discount room on the ground floor facing a dirt lot. At least you're saving money, he said after I asked unsuccessfully if there were other rooms with some sort of view. Fortunately, I was in West Palm on business and not with a partner for a romantic getaway! Breakfast the next day was forgettable. Spend the money on something truly better cared for than this resort. ...read more

Location was great. pool area and tiki bar were awesome. The restaurant was also good.
The view from our particular room looked over a parking lot under construction.

The hotel was very nice. I would stay here again requesting a ocean / pool view. They had a kids program. The pool area was extremely nice. Could have used more lounge chairs though. The restaurant had both good food and good service. ...read more
